1. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 1 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed for shipping.

  • Refund for Canceled Orders: If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. We will process the refund within 3 business days of confirming the cancellation.

Once your order has been processed for shipping or has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may still be eligible for a return, as outlined below.

2. Returns and Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Our return policy allows you to return items within 3 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

    • We will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product). In the case of a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping fees.

  • Processing Your Return: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
